HOW WE CAN HELP

The process starts with an informal chat on the phone to discuss your experience. We follow this up by sending you a witness report form for you to complete. This form is designed to give us a clear idea and understanding of your situation, and allows us to determine whether or not an investigation is warranted. A team member will then contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable date for us to visit your property. On the day the team will carry out a series of baseline tests. This consists of taking electro-magnetic field readings, temperature readings and the setting up of several trigger objects. A general lay-out map of your property will be drawn up to enable the team to accurately record our findings. The team will then carry out a series of vigils in different areas of your property using our range of paranormal detection equipment and record all activity experienced. On completion the team will contact you in due course with a full written report of our findings.

All enquiries, names, addresses and personal information will remain confidential at all times, and will not be published in any way or appear on this website unless we are given express permission by all parties concerned. Past or upcoming investigations will only appear as: eg, private residence in Melrose.
